The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the opening of the electronic form for the transfer of international students from outside Iraq on the private (governmental and private) morning international education channel for the academic year 2022-2023

The Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up explained that the application procedures are through its electronic portal and continue until 9/29/2022, and at the same time, it invites students to review the transfer controls and the mechanism and steps for submission in the application portal specified by the Ministry.
