The course included knowledge of the general rules for drawing blood, which is considered one of the medical procedures to determine the disease that a person suffers from, and that any error in drawing blood may lead to a wrong analysis result that could negatively affect the diagnosis and treatment of the patient,

Also, the participants in the course were trained on the mechanism of searching for the appropriate vein for withdrawal, which is the most important key to success in drawing blood. After taking the drawn blood, it is placed in its tube and kept in a dark and cool place until its contents are separated and analyzes are made.

The types of test tubes and their pathological uses were also identified, and the rest of the methods were compared to the method of calcium withdrawal

The course aimed at introducing the teaching, technical and administrative staff to the ideal method for drawing blood, identifying the materials and tools that can be drawn in the laboratory, and knowing the exact method for drawing calcium in the blood.
