A brief summary of the Faculty of Pharmacy
The College of Pharmacy colleges in the newly founded University of Karbala , where was founded in 2006, has begun Pferaan ( pharmaceutical chemistry and pathological analyzes previously clinical laboratory sciences currently ) .
– The expansion of the college after that in terms of construction ( classrooms and modern laboratory ) and the development of teaching and administrative efficiencies and increase the number of new branches have been added (a branch of drugs and medicinal plants – Pharmaceutics – Pharmacology and Toxicology – Clinical Pharmacology ) .

– Providing college cadres specialty pharmaceutical and postgraduate degrees to support the scientific side in college.
– The college and is constantly updating their laboratories and school halls to keep pace with scientific development and the latest technologies in this field .
– Granting postgraduate opportunities inside and outside Iraq to get a master’s degree and doctorate in pharmacy staff to strengthen the existing new efficiencies .
Vision :
College of Pharmacy seeks to have a scientific audience and leading actor in the preparation of pharmaceutical staffs Alt_khassh efficient task to fulfill its responsibilities in the areas of providing medical services and pharmaceutical industries supplying professional cadres and prepare a promising generation of researchers at a high level in the terms of reference of Pharmaceutical Sciences .
Message:
Proceeding from the need to prepare the national competencies distinguished from pharmacists , and aware of the leading role that must be played by the college in community service , must be of the college that occupies a distinguished place in the disciplines of modern pharmacology and keep pace with trends of modern scientific in activating the role of the pharmacist in the health care and treatment in addition to activating its leading role in research and pharmaceutical industries advanced .
Goals :
First, prepare a cadre of pharmacists who obtained the bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and who are able to :
1 . Understand and diagnose the condition and Alachenbar optimization of the drug .
2 . Fully aware of the basic rules for the start of treatment or change Aostmrarh Awaiagafh .
3 . Understand the foundations of Pharmacokinetics enough to improve the treatment plan for each condition .
4 . Interact efficiently with the medical team and the patient .
5 . Searching for information related to drug and interpretation , using pharmaceutical and medical sciences and their application to various pathological conditions .
6 . Creation of a database of healthy personal interviews of the patient and by reading medical reports and discuss the rest of the medical team of the participant.
7 . Education and health education with everyone who deals with him .
8 . Pharmacy practice in its various aspects in government hospitals or private and public pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies .
